NEED advice from other pregnant women!!?

Okay, i'm 22 weeks pregnant with my second little boy. With my 3 year old, I had barely any back pain, and certainly NO leg pain. Now here's my problem. For the past few weeks, i've been waking up in the middle of the night with horrible leg pain, in both legs, that radiates up and down from thigh to ankle. In the beginning, it would go away when I woke up, but for the past 2 days, the pain has NOT gone away at all. It's so hard to walk and sit and stand up because my legs hurt that bad. I know blood clots are a possibility, or sciatica, and i'm worried and not sure if I should just go to the hospital to get checked. Have any of you ever experienced this horrible pain, lasting for days, and NOT going away at all? If so, how did you relieve it? And do you think I should go to the hospital to be checked. I'm very much so a worry-wart, but I think it's better to be safe than sorry.

Thanks so much!NEED advice from other pregnant women!!?

Ask you doctor, but in the meantime try this.

I wear some really good walking sneakers during the day and it does seem to lessen the pain in the evening. Before I was wearing my sneakers, I was waking up almost crying...now it is a little more bearable.
You need to call up to you health clinic and ask your doctor. Or you can normally call up to the maturnity ward at the hospital and ask them about your concerns. If it is something that they feel you need to come in for they will tell ya. Good luck!!
