hey i been having a yeast infection for like 4days now and it doesnt seem to disappear i bought the monistat itch relief cream but i still feel irritated it does not really burn when i urinate but when i whip i can feel that i am swollen due to me scratching over my panties when i wash with the women soap something like summers eve but stronger it burns i looked down there and i don't see nothing scary or abnormal its just red and sore from me rubbing over my jeans. i think i got it from wearing spandex panties or spandex pantie hole like without wearing any panties =[ so i need some help what do i do or get to get rid of this i got no health insurance so i cant even go see a doc.. adviceeee plzzzzzWomen**** need some info and advice!?

I feel you on the no insurance thing, but you're gonna have to go to the doctor. You can try the health department, Planned Parenthood, or you may have a clinic in your area that will charge either nothing or sliding scale fee. You can then get a generic of the medication and go to Wal-Mart or Kroger or somewhere that has the $4 generics. By the time you try all the possible things to fix it without a prescription, you would have spent more. Sorry.
You could go to the health department. You may also need something stronger than over the counter meds/creams for it.
Don't use Summers Eve right now, it could irratate it more. (I hate the stuff, it irratates me big time). I would just use regular soap untill it clears up. Just don't use anything scented on your privates till it clears up.
it can take a wk to stop bugging you so you'll just have to wait it out
